Headway’s 19th CAE (Cambridge Assessment -English) awards ceremony was held at Vincent Girls’ High School. The chief guest this time was Simon Creasy, Exams Manager British Council, who mentioned in his address that he has never seen a cleaner city than Batticaloa in Sri Lanka. 
He even went to the extend to say that Batticaloa was cleaner than New Zealand where he used to live for many years.
